Connecting the key superhuman characters from writer/director M.Night Shyamalan’s films Split and Unbreakable is, on paper, a fascinating concept. Sadly, Glass is nothing more than mildly intriguing with a third act that goes terribly, terribly wrong.
The vigilante from Unbreakable, David Dunn (Bruce Willis) tracks down the multiple personalities of Kevin Wendell Crumb (an excellent James McAvoy) – but both end up in a Philadelphia institution for observation. But that’s where a heavily sedated Samuel L. Jackson is also incarcerated….
